Property and Cancellation Policies :

NO REFUNDS—We offer in-house credit if the booking is cancelled 48 hours in advance of 1pm on the check in date. The in house credit can be used for up to 1 year. The in-house credit may be transferred, gifted, or sold to a qualifying 3rd party guest at your wim. You will sell the night directly and receive payment from them directly and contact us with their name, phone number and email address to secure that they receive your booking credit. Once we have their info in your account they may call us to book for themselves by giving us your booking info(last name) and we will see their info in your account. We can then transfer your credit into a new account under their name.
